Cell Phones & Pagers
Respecting the meditative, private and personal nature of our environment, loud conversation, cell
phones, pagers and other electronic devices are not permitted inside the spa. We consider the spa a
“whisper” zone.

Showers
We have limited shower facilities. If you would prefer to use our shower facilities, please let us know
when booking your appointment. We would like to include this service on your schedule to ensure
availability.

Jewelry & Valuables
Please remove all jewelry and watches. Unfortunately, we are not able to take responsibility for
valuables that are lost or left behind.

How do I prepare for my spa visit?
Please do not bring valuables to the spa. Please remove all jewelry prior to your treatment. You will
receive towels, slippers and a robe for your treatments.  

Do I have to disrobe entirely for spa treatments?
That is your option, however, keep in mind our staff is trained to appropriately drape you for privacy.

Can I ask my therapist to make adjustments?
Absolutely. This is your treatment. Communicate with the staff regarding room temperature,
pressure, technique, etc.  We value your feedback. In addition, at the time of booking your
appointment, discuss with the associate your preferences for gentle, moderate or deep massage,
male or female therapists. We customize all services to your particular needs and preferences.

Is there anything else I should be aware of before my appointment?
It is recommended that you refrain from consuming alcohol at least eight hours prior to your Spa
treatment. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Spa.  

GRATUITIES
As in all services-related businesses it is common to tip the person who has done a good job to the
satisfaction of the customer. Spas usually provide an envelope at the front desk or in the room for
you to place the gratuity into it with the therapist’s name. You do not have to carry money around
with you and worry about this while enjoying the spa facilities. For groups of 4 and up, we add an 18%
gratuity on to all services rendered. This service charge will be reflected on your bill. You are always
welcome to add to this charge for services rendered.

Group Booking Policies
•A Group is considered a group when there are 4 or more persons
•18% gratuity is automatically added to the bill
•If you should cancel any appointments 5 days prior to service date, 50% of the services will be
charged.
•If the group cancels any appointment 2 days prior to service date, 100% of the services will be
charged
.
•A group contact name and credit card information will have to be provided

What should I know about health concerns?
If you have any concerns, please consult your physician before visiting any spa.
If you are pregnant, you may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and
hydrotherapy treatments involving heat.  Please inform our associates upon
scheduling your appointments.  Any other health concerns may be addressed
personally prior to your treatments.
